Last day to ship ground UPS orders is Monday, December 19th.

Last day to ship overnight is Wednesday, December 21st.

Shipping

Almost all of our products are shipped cold or flash-frozen and ship via UPS 1-2 day shipping, using the shipment preparation schedule outlined below. It’s Freakin’ Awesome is always shipped separately and may arrive at a different time than the rest of your order.

Please note: All of our orders are scheduled to be delivered Tuesday–Friday no matter which shipping option is selected. We do not offer delivery on Saturday–Monday.

All orders are prepared for shipment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday* of each week (except holidays) and generally arrive within 1–3 days depending on transit time for your specific location.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Monday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Tuesday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Wednesday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed after 8 a.m. Central time on Wednesday and before 8 a.m. Central time the following Monday will ship on that Monday.
*In rare instances, generally due to weather-related complications, we will hold orders to be shipped at a later date.
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
If you spend more than $75 in a single order, we offer free UPS Ground or 2-day Air shipping. This is not expedited shipping, so please plan accordingly.

****Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive as carriers work to deliver higher shipping volumes due to the COVID-19 global health crisis. Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipments do not require a signature to receive. However, because most of our food is shipped cold or frozen, the items will need to be unboxed and placed in the refrigerator or freezer within 5 hours of receipt to ensure freshness and safety.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at festiveexpress@festivekitchen.com immediately if you receive the wrong item or if any of the items are defective, spoiled or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

All of our products are final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at festiveexpress@festivekitchen.com to resolve the issue within 2 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the item in question so that we can continue to improve our shipping process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on merchandise or gift cards.

Allergy and Special Diet

Festive Kitchen products are made from scratch using shared equipment which processes dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy or are adhering to a specific diet, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.
